Overview

From the Zimbabwean side of the Victoria Falls, the scenery is breathtaking and first-rate lodging still offers the best services at prices that are frequently far lower than in neighbouring nations.

The national parks of Hwange, Matusadona, Chizarira, and Mana Pools are still abundant with wildlife, but best of all, they are sparsely populated. There has never been a better deal on a safari in Zimbabwe because, in reality, it’s becoming a pretty exclusive experience, and the lodges have responded with a ton of fantastic special offers and special rates.

The dry winter months, when Hwange’s game concentration is high and water levels are low, are unquestionably the best times to visit. Although Mana Pools camps close seasonally, Lake Kariba and Mana Pools offer year-round access to the permanent waters of the Zambezi.

Though captivating all year round, the Victoria Falls are most captivating during their peak flood from March to May. The high-adrenaline sports that the Zambezi is known for get even more thrilling as water levels drop.
